Samples
Samples are free: we cover the cost of the sample products and you pay the courier shipping. Private-label samples follow your approved logo and packaging artwork.
Minimum order and lead times
The minimum order is 100–300 units per model, depending on the product. Production takes about one month for standard and custom orders. OEM and ODM orders start after your logo and packaging designs are approved.
Payment terms and shipping
We ask for a 30% deposit to start production, with the balance as stated in the proforma invoice. Orders ship from Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, and factory-direct pricing applies to standard and custom bulk orders.
