FHtorch ships oxy-fuel torches, tips, regulators and kits from our factory in Ningbo, China to distributors and welding supply stores worldwide. The main terms are below. The exact terms for each order are confirmed in your quotation and proforma invoice (PI).

Samples
Samples let you check quality before you order. FHtorch covers the cost of the sample products and you pay the international courier charges. Private-label samples follow your approved logo and packaging artwork.
Lead time
Production takes about one month after we receive your deposit. For OEM/ODM orders, production starts once your logo and packaging designs are approved. Your quotation confirms the lead time for your products and quantities.
Shipping and documents
Orders ship from Ningbo-Zhoushan Port. Shipping terms (Incoterms) and freight are agreed in your quotation. Each shipment comes with standard export documents such as a commercial invoice and packing list, and we can provide test records for the products you order.
Customs and import duties
Unless your quotation says otherwise, import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
