These terms apply to quotations, samples and orders between FHtorch and its business customers. If a signed quotation, proforma invoice (PI) or sales contract says something different, that document takes priority.
1. Quotations and orders
Each quotation lists the price, quantity, lead time, payment terms and shipping terms, and is valid for the period shown on it. An order is confirmed when both parties agree the PI and we receive the deposit.
2. Made to order
Orders are made to order. Each one is produced to the standard of your market and to the specification confirmed in your PI, such as connection threads, tip series, marking and packaging.
3. Minimum order and samples
The minimum order is 100–300 units per model, depending on the product. Samples for quality testing are free of charge; the buyer pays the courier cost.
4. Payment
A 30% deposit is required to start production. The balance is paid as stated in the PI. Production and shipping dates depend on receiving each payment on time.
5. Lead time
Production usually takes about one month after we receive your deposit. Large orders, orders with special requirements and orders placed in the busy season can take longer. The confirmed shipping date is stated in your PI. Shipping and documents are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page.
6. OEM/ODM and artwork
For private-label orders, the customer supplies or approves logos, packaging artwork and specifications, and confirms it has the right to use any trademarks it supplies. Production starts after the artwork is approved in writing.
7. Product information
Photos and descriptions on this website are for reference. The final specification is the one confirmed in the quotation, the PI or an approved sample.
8. Inspection, warranty and claims
Every batch is inspected before shipment. Please check the goods when they arrive and report any shortage or quality problem in writing, with photos or a video and your order details. Warranty periods differ by product and are stated in your quotation or PI. Accepted quality claims are settled with free replacement parts or products sent with your next order, as described in our Returns & Warranty Policy.
9. Cancellations and returns
Because orders are made to order, they cannot be cancelled once production has started, and goods cannot be returned for a change of mind. Quality problems are handled under our Returns & Warranty Policy.
10. Safe use
Oxy-fuel equipment must be installed and used by trained operators, following the product instructions and the safety standards of the customer’s country. Distributors are responsible for meeting local product and labeling requirements in their market.
11. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
